We believe in our children... Our children
are inherently precious and sacred. Having children in church with us is a blessing for all. It makes us all feel alive and
connected to each other as a community. Teaching our children to discover God is the key to our future. Each child is a gift
from God and has his or her own unique soul path to unfold. Each child has a special light that wants to shine. We are committed
to creating a safe and fun environment for them where they feel valued, and loved. We will provide the best materials, guidance,
and child based learning experiences to help them discover, through fun and fellowship and prayer, The life giving teachings
of Jesus, and the experience of the Christ Presence with them and within them. We will teach them that they matter in the
world. We will teach them to let their light shine.
Unity Principles for Children - God is Love and is active in everything;
all around me and within me.
- God created me and put a spark of Divinity in
me, the loving Christ Spirit; my essential goodness
- As I become aware of my
limits, I turn to Christ within me and around me, I know I am loved and I am not alone. My life becomes better and better.
- As I express Christ¹s Loving Presence through my thoughts, words, and
actions, each day, my life and the lives of others around me are blessed.
- I
become aware of Christ¹s loving Presence by opening my heart through prayer, meditation, loving, and being loved by others.
- I do and give my best by living the truth I know. I try to be honest, loving,
kind, compassionate and respectful of myself and others. I make a difference.
- The
Christ Spirit fills me with joy, peace, and love. I share this good news with others.
